Cooking scrambled eggs with olive oil

Pour boiling water from the kettle into a roasting tin to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Give the ramekin and plate a cooking scrambled eggs with olive oil shake and carefully remove the ramekin. Heat slowly, stirring gently with a metal tablespoon until the sugar has dissolved.

Unlike some of the other posters, I think eggs cooked in olive oil are delicious and it does not have to be a "paired with" issue as long as you enjoy the flavor.
