Potstickers stuck to pan

The grill gives them just the right amount of pan and an irresistible smoky flavor.

Add a couple tablespoons of olive oil. I've tried more and less with little change. This is the first time Ive made gyoza and the filling was delicious but the wrapper just stuck super hard. I used the recipe from the channel "cooking with dog" on.
